Through our partnerships, we create positive impact for young people

Choosing social partners
Morgens Conclusion advises healthcare, government, and education organizations on complex change processes. “We want to operate in a socially responsible way,” says Lot. “That’s why we invest 1% of our profit in partnerships with non-profit organizations. Our focus is on equal opportunities. JINC is our largest partner. This foundation fights for a society where a young person’s economic background does not determine their future. An ambition that perfectly aligns with our goal of promoting equal opportunities for everyone.”
Within Conclusion Consulting, which helps organizations remain future-proof in a rapidly changing world, Rutger is responsible for the internal Environmental, Social & Governance program. “We focus on equal opportunities and inclusivity. But with 100 colleagues, our impact is limited. To create scalable impact, we entered our first social partnership in 2020 with 3X3 Unites. Through 3x3 basketball, they provide young people with the skills to take ownership of their future. The organization grew quickly and needed professionalization. Together with colleague Angelo Kaijser and in co-creation with 3X3 Unites, we developed their strategy
“Through our collaboration with 3X3 Unites, we realize that a safe environment and quality education are not a given. It really keeps you grounded.”
Growing partnership
“"I have a passion for education and understand how important it is to have the right opportunities. That’s something we truly contribute to.”
Valuable in every way
What Lot values most about the social partnership is Morgens Conclusion’s involvement with a partner that has a direct impact on young people.
“I have a passion for education and understand how important it is to have the right opportunities. That’s something we truly contribute to by supporting JINC in tackling their change processes for impact on a national scale. In addition, our colleagues are eager to volunteer for them – from lightning internships for primary school children at our own company to job application training and career coaching for vocational students. My colleagues can see the young people absorbing their insights. That’s always something special.”
According to Rutger, the consultants at Conclusion appreciate the fact that, alongside their commercial projects, they can also do meaningful work.
“With the cross-pollination - our business and digital expertise combined with their knowledge of what young people in areas like Amsterdam Southeast really need - we create projects that make targeted impact. Moreover, through our collaboration with 3X3 Unites, we’ve become truly aware that growing up in a safe environment and receiving a good education are not a given. It really keeps you grounded.”
