Leadership programme

Front Runners  through the eyes of the participants

  • 27 January 2026
Leadership at Conclusion goes beyond managing teams. It requires self-awareness, agility, courage, and the ability to collaborate across expert companies and organisational boundaries. That is why the Front Runners programme was created: a development path that supports current and future leaders in their growth, fully aligned with the culture of our ecosystem.

What is Front Runners?

The Front Runners programme is the organisation-wide leadership programme at Conclusion for team leads, department managers and People Managers/HR coaches, as well as those who aspire to grow into such a role. Participants explore who they are as a leader and how they can fulfill their role with more awareness and entrepreneurship. It is not a series of theoretical modules, but a trajectory that challenges you to discover what your way of managing, connecting and growing is.

The Front Runners programme started in June 2025 and will be completed in June 2026. We are now halfway through, and you notice it immediately when speaking with the group. The atmosphere is open, warm and full of mutual attention — as if they have been on this journey together for years. The programme not only brings development, but also an exceptional sense of connectedness.

You put your deepest things on the table, and that creates a bizarre, beautiful connection.

Why are our colleagues participating?

The motivation to get involved differs, but the underlying ambition is the same: to grow as a leader and as a person. Maarten was looking for more direction in his role and wanted to stand stronger in a complex stakeholder playing field. Ani started without expectations and soon discovered how much self-insight she could gain. Niels stepped in because he wanted to break free from his 'own shop' and look at his leadership with new eyes. Three different approaches, but all driven by curiosity about their own development.

What are they already doing differently?

The insights from the program quickly found their way to the workplace. Ani notices that she reacts with more calm and is more aware of her triggers. Steffan nowadays asks questions that go deeper and create space for real conversations. Anthony now knows where noise arises in a team and how he can make it easier to discuss. Maarten experiences that he dares to trust his own judgment more and is therefore stronger in conversations. They are all small shifts with noticeable effect.

You have to be ready. The program is confrontational if you don't want to see yourself.

Why does it work?

For many participants, the strength lies in the combination of personal depth and the safety of the group. Niels calls it an intense process in which you trust each other surprisingly quickly. Friso discovered that looking inward has a direct influence on how he works with his team. Ani appreciates how honestly colleagues mirror her, even if they have only known each other for a short time. The program brings about something that goes beyond individual growth — it strengthens relationships and cooperation.
