Sharing and Learning Together, that’s the Power of the AI Guild
- 16 December 2025
Is there ever a day when you don’t use AI? Within the Conclusion ecosystem, certainly not. Here, we embrace artificial intelligence in our daily work. But developments in this field are moving at lightning speed. At the same time, with more than 3,000 colleagues spread across over 30 companies, we have a wealth of knowledge about its many possibilities. In our AI Guild, experts and enthusiasts like Jeroen and Jack share their insights. They tell you more in this blog.
Discovering the latest possibilities
Jack, Project Manager at KWD Resultaatmanagement, is convinced that AI will change the world in the coming decade.
“You don’t need to worry about it taking over your job,” he says. “But those who make the best use of AI will stay relevant. And I want to keep participating right up to my last working day, even as I approach retirement. I simply enjoy discovering the latest possibilities of AI. That’s why I signed up for the Conclusion AI Guild on my own initiative. I mostly listen, sometimes ask critical questions and take notes. I share those notes with my colleagues at KWD Resultaatmanagement.”

Sharing and gathering knowledge
Senior Developer Jeroen also joins the guild’s monthly meetings. “Together with a small working group at Bright Alley (part of Conclusion), I integrate AI into our workflows. The guild is a great place to tap into knowledge that others in the ecosystem already have. I’ve even given a presentation there on setting up a RAG chatbot in Flowise, an open-source framework for building AI agents. It’s rewarding to see others get inspired to try it themselves. It’s a real exchange of giving and taking.”

Project Manager, KWD Resultaatmanagement
“A guild meeting is like reading a newspaper or a professional journal – you pick up interesting information and immediately know who in the ecosystem has the expertise to help you further.”
Jeroen de Bruijn
Senior Developer, Bright Alley (part of Conclusion)
“I once gave a presentation on setting up a RAG chatbot in Flowise to build AI agents. It’s great to see others get excited and start experimenting.”
Making progress thanks to the guild
The knowledge exchange has already delivered effective tools for Jeroen and his colleagues at Bright Alley.
“We now have a licence for Windsurf. This programming tool was introduced as a pilot during a guild meeting. For us, it’s a handy resource for developing e-learning solutions. We use it both for our own e-learning app and for bespoke projects. We’re integrating Windsurf into the development environment we use as software developers, as well as into several JetBrains integrated development environments.”

“A guild meeting is like reading a newspaper or a trade magazine. You gather lots of useful information and instantly know who within the ecosystem can help you move forward. At KWD Resultaatmanagement, for example, we use insights from the guild during our internal professional days. We even get support from two Conclusion colleagues who spoke at a meeting. Together, we explore which tools or applications we can use in project, programme and agile management to achieve the organisational changes our clients want.”
Higher quality and productivity
For Jack, using AI means even greater quality. “I use it to create documentation, review draft plans and develop proposals to solve specific situations. I start by thinking carefully about how to phrase the prompt for the tool, then refine the results. That way, the quality of my work improves.”
“And it boosts productivity,” Jeroen adds.
“Take Windsurf – I can ask for multiple variations. Sometimes you get suggestions you wouldn’t have thought of yourself. And you can code more broadly, so your code works for other tasks too. All these gains start with the insights we pick up at the guild.”
