Heads up, Operations Center Engineer! Yes, you read that right—at Conclusion Mission Critical, you’ll get a job with real substance. Work that truly matters, such as:

Monitoring and managing mission-critical environments
Ensuring smooth releases, coordinating conference calls, and acting quickly during escalations
Taking care of our clients—we call it “night’s sleep as a service”

What does this look like in practice?
The Operations Center is the heart of Conclusion Mission Critical, and together with your colleagues, you make sure we stay in control. From our locations in Utrecht and Amsterdam, we monitor our clients’ services 24/7 on a 9-meter-wide screen. You are the primary point of contact for IT-related issues. But don’t be mistaken—this is definitely not a standard Service Desk role.

As an Operations Center Engineer, you hold a position with significant responsibility. Together with your team, you ensure our clients can sleep soundly. When escalations occur, you take central control of the process during a conference call that you organize yourself, while also engaging the necessary parties from the mission-critical application chains. Communication skills are essential! Such incidents don’t happen often, but when they do, you and your team need to be ready.

Requirements

No (IT) diploma? No problem!
