How will you make an impact?

As a Payroll Consultant AFAS at Conclusion AFAS Solutions, you are the driving force behind the digital transformation of a wide range of organisations. You have in-depth knowledge of the possibilities of AFAS and help our customers define and realise their vision.

Together with a team of AFAS specialists, you develop a strategy and determine how it can be implemented successfully. You provide both solicited and unsolicited advice to our customers and support them in making crucial decisions. You ensure that the vision is executed according to plan and make adjustments where needed to achieve the best possible results.

In the role of Payroll Consultant AFAS, you have an exciting job in which you can truly make an impact. You advise customers on their business processes related to Finance, HR and Payroll, and you help them realise and optimise fully automated processes. You work with different customers and dive deep into various aspects of payroll processing, such as payments, deductions, employee insurances and pensions. You also improve processes around onboarding and integrate these with payroll.

In short:

  • In-depth knowledge of various collective labour agreements and regulations to provide customer-focused support.

  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, regardless of personality type.

  • Ability to create reports and analyses using automated tools.

  • Expertise in management information, absence, HR and Finance.

  • Familiarity with business, HRM and payroll processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s level of working and thinking.

  • At least 3 years of experience configuring AFAS HRM and/or Finance modules.

  • Knowledge of information analysis methods and techniques.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Service-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
