As a Business Developer at Conclusion MBS:
You are responsible for strategy and new business within our focus markets;
You guide the entire sales process, from the first contact up to the signing of the partnership;
And your creativity and personal approach are given plenty of room to shine.
How does this look in practice?
As a Business Developer, you play a crucial role in the further growth of Conclusion MBS. You are responsible from A to Z for new business within our focus markets: Wholesale, Retail, Manufacturing and Professional Services. You create new relationships in these markets and manage large and complex sales trajectories (over €1 million). To do this, you build your network at the right level within organisations and know how to convince prospects.
You are also responsible for smooth collaboration with other departments within the company. You translate your strategic plans into operational targets and align these with the departments. As a Business Developer, you are therefore able to act as a professional discussion partner on both business and technical topics.
Your focus is on selling the services we offer in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM). This includes, among other things, consulting and design, end-to-end implementations, migrations and managed services.
You analyse the market, identify where opportunities lie and then define the strategy.
You approach prospects and make sure we become the partner that truly makes the difference.
You are responsible for managing complex sales cases, from the first contact through to issuing and signing the proposal.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Sales Specialist.
You have sales experience with ERP software and professional services for customers ranging from the upper mid-market to enterprise organisations.
You have experience managing large and complex sales trajectories.
You are familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft organisation in the Netherlands.
You have a strong drive and ambition to take the next steps in your career.
