What's the job all about?

Developing the AI vision and strategy that aligns with the needs of our mission-critical clients and our own organization
Identifying areas where AI can be applied within our IT services to drive innovation and efficiency
Designing efficient and effective AI solutions that add real value and address the specific challenges of our clients

You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver AI projects. You guide the implementation of AI solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing IT systems. You actively monitor the performance of these solutions and make adjustments where necessary. Finally, you stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the AI domain and know how to apply this knowledge practically within the organization.

What does this look like in practice?

Collaborating with software development teams to manage deployments and resolve issues related to reliability, performance, and scalability
Developing and implementing monitoring and alerting systems to track performance and availability and respond promptly to incidents
Automating deployment processes, configuration management, and infrastructure operations to improve efficiency and minimize human error
Identifying and implementing scalability solutions to meet growing demand
Performing root-cause analyses for incidents and recommending solutions to prevent recurrence
Actively participating in incident management and supporting the resolution of critical operational issues

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as (Solution) Architect; experience with a focus on AI is a plus
In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and tools, such as machine learning, deep learning, and NLP
Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in an IT environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with mission-critical services is an advantage
