What's the job all about?

As Delivery Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of DevOps platform services in the Oracle and Azure stack for internal and external customers. You set the direction, have a clear vision of your field, safeguard quality, timeliness, and efficiency of services, and act as a strategic link between the Board, technical teams, stakeholders, and customers. You ensure platform (infrastructure) management projects run smoothly and that operational services are continuously optimized and improved.

Your core tasks and responsibilities:

Define and monitor the delivery of IT platform services according to agreed SLAs and KPIs
Stakeholder management: maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Report to management on progress, performance, and improvement areas
Optimize resource planning, team structure, and workload balance
Identify and mitigate risks within delivery projects
Continuously improve processes and practices within DevOps platform (infrastructure) management
Support incident, change, and problem management
Ensure technical quality, security, and governance
Drive customer satisfaction and value for money

Requirements

What you bring:

Bachelor’s/Master’s level education, preferably in IT, business administration, or a technical field
At least 10 years of experience in IT services, including 5 years in a delivery or project management role
Experience with ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps principles
Knowledge and experience in platform (infrastructure) management, platform services, and Cloud (platform) technologies, preferably Azure and/or Oracle
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
A vision for delivery and the ability to motivate and structure teams
