What's the job all about?

Conclusion Benelux is looking for a Board Secretary who will support the strategic and practical management of our organisation. The management of Benelux is responsible for 28 companies with approximately €500 million in turnover. We have an ambitious strategic plan for 2030, featuring innovative and inspiring developments around AI first, Oneshore, internationalisation, and much more.

As a Board Secretary, you are the right hand of the management board and therefore a crucial link in supporting decision-making and monitoring progress. You work closely with board members and are substantively involved in strategic initiatives within the Conclusion ecosystem.

What are you going to do?

Strategic support may include:

  • Coordination of strategic projects and programme management

  • Supporting board members on strategic matters

  • Coordinating the management cycle of Conclusion BV

  • Monitoring the overview and progress of strategic priorities

Further support also includes, among other things:

  • Preparing and coordinating meetings (agenda, documents, minutes, action lists)

  • Annual planning and organisation of board meetings

  • Monitoring and following up on action items

Requirements

  • HBO/WO working and thinking level

  • Several years of experience in an administrative or executive support role

  • Affinity with governance, organisational sensitivity and able to operate tactically in a complex environment

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Proactive attitude and an understanding of administrative relationships

  • Discretion, reliability and independence

What we offer

  • Gross monthly salary between 5,000 and 6,000 euros based on a 40-hour week, depending on your experience

  • Bonus scheme

  • Travel allowance, vitality allowance and a net home-working and internet allowance
