What's the job all about?

Tasks and responsibilities:

Developing, evaluating, and optimising the Compensation & Benefits policy within Conclusion.
Conducting market analyses and benchmark research to ensure our employment conditions remain competitive.
Establishing job and salary structures.
Advising management and HR on reward issues, incentives, pension schemes, and other secondary employment conditions.
Identifying trends and legislative changes in the field of compensation and benefits and ensuring compliance.
Working on innovative reward concepts in a project-based manner, for example regarding mobility solutions or sustainable employability.

Requirements

HBO/WO working and thinking level, preferably in HRM, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits, HR consultancy or a similar area.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, tax aspects concerning remuneration, and trend developments.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
Good command of both Dutch and English.
You possess strong analytical skills, enjoy collaborating with others, and know how to engage people in change.
Affinity with AI tools and/or willingness to integrate AI tools into our workflows.

What we offer

A full-time salary between €3,400 gross per month and €4,400 gross per month, along with excellent secondary benefits, including a bonus scheme.
For this position, we are looking for someone to work 28 to 32 hours per week.
