What's the job all about?

As a .NET Developer, you are end-to-end responsible for building the best custom applications for our clients. You don’t just write code—you already consider how it will be maintained during development. Your contagious passion for software development translates into the best solutions and knowledge sharing, both for our clients and within Conclusion.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop top-quality custom applications for our clients, both individually and as part of our development teams;

  • Act as a sparring partner for clients and translate their requirements into practical solutions;

  • Test software (automated or manual) to ensure functionality and reliability;

  • Write sustainable code that takes future maintenance into account;

  • Modernize legacy environments for our clients.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;

  • At least 5 years of experience as a .NET Developer;

  • Proven experience with .NET (including .NET 10) and familiarity with DevOps, Agile, and principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, and One Code Pipeline;

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients—the better you understand their needs, the better you can deliver;

  • A natural sense of entrepreneurship, initiative, and a sharp eye for innovation;

  • Interest in modern technology, both in programming languages and beyond—you know, for example, how to apply AI in your work.
