What's the job all about?

As a Modern Workplace Consultant, you actively shape the digital workplace of tomorrow. You specialize in Microsoft Teams, Copilot, SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange Online, and the rest of the Microsoft 365 suite. With your technical and functional expertise and team-oriented mindset, you make a real difference for leading clients such as ProRail, Heijmans, and Woonin.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and improve our Workspace services and implement them for new and existing clients;

  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents and migration challenges, while proactively preventing recurrence;

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to enhance the overall customer experience and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and development within the team;

  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and developments in the Microsoft 365 Modern Workspace and help build our standard platform for multiple clients.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform and experience with Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint;

  • Experience with Prince2 or similar project methodologies is a must;

  • Certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, MS-4006, MS-721, and SC-300, or willingness to obtain them;

  • Knowledge of Copilot and PowerApps is a strong plus;

  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar role and a bachelor’s level of education (HBO equivalent);

  • Strong communication skills: persuasive yet a good listener;

  • An AI-first mindset combined with humor and adaptability.

  • Ability to manage organizational changes effectively.
