Objective

The objective is clear. As a senior project manager at KWD, you will take the lead on strategic IT projects at companies such as Mammoet, Facilicom and Sligro. Your focus is on successfully managing and completing these projects while bringing business and IT together seamlessly. Scope and boundaries

Within your scope:
• Leading business critical, complex IT projects with high impact.
• Continuing to grow personally and professionally, both individually and together with colleagues.
• Actively contributing to the internal organization of KWD, for example by participating in workshops, the Project Management Vakdag and writing for our professional magazine.
• Being part of a group of professionals who strengthen each other, both professionally and informally.

Outside your scope:
• At KWD we move forward together, you are never on your own.
• We do not expect you to involve colleagues unnecessarily at client sites.
• We focus on project and program management. Assignments outside that domain are not part of what we offer.

Risks

Risk: Due to job title inflation in the market, your title may differ from what you are used to. We use our own competency matrix and job classification. Our standard is high, so what the market may call program management might be considered project management within KWD.
Measure: Although a job title can feel rewarding and hold meaning for some, this is not an obstacle for you. You are driven by craftsmanship and substance.

Risk: KWD uses a model consisting of 70 percent fixed salary and 30 percent flexible compensation. That 30 percent is linked to the so-called Components A, B and C. These reflect the entrepreneurial character of KWD and our people.
Measure: KWD stands for Ability, Willingness and Courage. You have all three. For Component A, you contribute enthusiastically to KWD as an organization. Together with your project hours, these count as productive hours for Component B. Component C is the profit share.
