What's the job all about?

At Conclusion, you’ll work in a unique ecosystem of 30+ expert companies on sustainable business transformations and IT services. “Business done differently” isn’t just a tagline for us—it’s a promise to our clients, colleagues, and society.

As a Social Media Intern, you’ll be part of our enthusiastic MarCom team (14 colleagues) and help make our employer brand visible and attractive. You’ll contribute to managing social media for our careers channels, with a focus on Instagram. Together, we create creative content that inspires professionals to join Conclusion.

What you’ll do

Content creation: Help brainstorm, write, and create posts, stories, and short-form videos (reels/shorts) for Instagram.
Planning & execution: Support managing the social content calendar and ensure everything goes live on time. You’ll post our careers content on social media, our careers site, and the intranet.
Community management: Monitor comments and DMs and think of ways to engage our followers.
Employer branding: Collaborate with colleagues in recruitment marketing to showcase our culture.
Internal communication: Share content internally via social (media) channels to keep employees engaged and feeling like ambassadors.
Optimization: Review analytics and learn how to improve post performance.

Requirements

You’re pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, media, or a similar field and looking for a hands-on internship.
You’re passionate about social media and enjoy creating creative content.
You have an eye for photography and video.
You’re proactive, curious, and not afraid to share ideas.
You write flawless Dutch and are comfortable in English.
Bonus points if you’re skilled with tools like Canva.
