How AI brings colleagues together

The stories came from across the Conclusion ecosystem. From colleagues working with Microsoft Copilot, prompting, and vibe coding, to teams applying AI in tender and consulting processes. Topics such as Agentic AI, data analytics, AI Fluency, and the development of new solutions like MAIA were also explored.

For AI First Program Manager Jos van Peperstraten, this reflected the event’s most important message: “What stood out to me most was the breadth of the stories. They were not just about technology, but about how people and teams are using AI to work smarter, faster, and better.”

The common thread throughout the evening was not the technology itself, but the curiosity of colleagues to explore what is possible and bring others along on that journey.

This philosophy aligns perfectly with how we view innovation at Conclusion. New technology only creates real value when people embrace it. When colleagues are given the freedom to experiment, learn from one another, and explore new possibilities. Or, as we call it: People in the Loop. Technology enables progress, but people remain at the centre.

You can see this in the way teams share knowledge, in the AI ambassadors helping colleagues take their next steps, in the AI Fluency Programme, and in initiatives such as the Conclusion AI Platform and MAIA (My AI Assistant). Each is an example of how innovation at Conclusion does not emerge from a single place, but through learning, sharing, and building together.

As Jos puts it: “You do not become AI First by rolling out a tool. You become AI First together.” And that is exactly what AI on Stage demonstrated. Not only what AI is making possible today, but what happens when curious people share their knowledge and work together to shape the future.
