Amsta embraces smarter ways of working with "getting better every day"
Haaglanden Medisch Centrum delivers on its digital strategy
Zuyderland Medical Centre makes care predictable
Amsta provides care for older people, people with dementia, people with intellectual disabilities and other residents of Amsterdam who need temporary support. The organisation plays an essential role in the everyday lives of its vulnerable residents.
As part of its strategic programme Ready for the Future, Haaglanden Medisch Centrum (HMC) began developing a digital strategy in 2020. Since then, major steps have been taken, including the implementation of a new electronic patient record (EPR) and a central medical imaging archive.
Hospitals are looking for ways to work more efficiently, with a focus on reducing workload, smoother processes and optimal use of capacity. Zuyderland Medical Centre is tackling these ambitions with both a data platform and a prediction platform.
