What does working AI First actually mean? Working AI First means that we take AI as a starting point in our own work and our services at the customer.  

Being AI First starts with you. In how you approach things, in the choices you make and in the moments when you think: this can be done smarter, faster and maybe even better. 

Learn and experiment! You help make AI a permanent part of our daily work step by step. And share your knowledge and experiences. Because we become AI First together with colleagues, Conclusion companies, customers and partners.  

Being AI First is not an end point. It is a continuous movement that we make. Together, we are building organizations in which AI is used structurally, securely and scalably. And in which people know what role they play.

In our AI Tips & Trucs community, colleagues share their knowledge and experiences. This is where you exchange practical tips and use cases. That way, you learn something new every day and AI becomes more and more accessible in your work.

All our colleagues have access to the AI learning platform. Here you will find a wide range of free courses that help you get started with AI in a practical way. For beginners and advanced users.

AI First programme

at Conclusion

With our dedicated AI First programme, we set a direction that defines how we will work, learn and innovate in the future. Using AI in your work is therefore completely natural. In fact, we aim to have AI fully integrated into the way we work by the end of 2026. Not as a goal in itself, but as a means to deliver better work for clients and to make your work more interesting and future proof. This gives you the opportunity to grow with us and develop new skills. That way, you stay relevant in your field.

Ambassadors in our ecosystem

Our AI ambassadors are a key link between our more than 30 Conclusion companies and the AI First programme. The ambassadors activate, inform and support management and colleagues. They also encourage knowledge sharing with other Conclusion companies.

APG is implementing generative AI to improve customer contact. Future Facts Conclusion is helping APG develop an intelligent chatbot.

Jules van Dongen from Conclusion Staffing won our internal 'Sales meets Sales-award' in April. With a smart AI application, he helps sales colleagues match client requests more quickly with the right pool of professionals within the Conclusion ecosystem. A solution that not only saves time, but also shows how we can collaborate even more intelligently across our ecosystem!

AI hackathon

At our expert companies, great AI initiatives take place regularly. Conclusion Enablement organised an AI hackathon last May. Nine teams got to work on a question many organisations face: how do you use AI in your day to day work, and how do you make sure adoption really takes off?

In just one day, concrete ideas, smart applications and above all a lot of energy emerged. Not only around the technology, but especially around how to make AI work in practice.
